Return Policy

All packages are thoroughly checked from our personnel before their shipment to you. In case you notice any fault, you should send an email at within 1 day from the delivery time, expressing your worries.

You may return the item(s) you have purchased without any obligation on your part to justify their return within two (2) business days following their date of delivery.
We accept return as long as the items you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, in other words, in their original, sealed, with Tags on and undamaged packaging and are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. **In case these terms are not met, the exchange will not be accepted.
We highly recommend that the below instructions are followed when trying on the purchased items:
• Clothing: Do not wear it for personal use, take care of your make up and deodorant.
• Shoes: Try them on a carpet

For obvious health safety reasons we do not accept returns for Earrings & SWIMWEAR.

The item(s) can be returned for a product exchange or Store Credit Note/Gift Voucher within 7 days (non SALE items) of the order’s delivery date. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We only offer Refund in case of our fault e.g. sent you wrong item or receive a damaged item.

In case you purchased an item and its “out of stock” because of a system error, we Refund the full amount you pay including Shipping cost!

**Sale products can NOT be exchanged with something from the new collection. Items purchased at a discount can only be exchanged with other items on sale.
**Please note that the exchange will reflect the current price of the returned item sold in store / online.
Returns of items on sale should be completed within 5 calendar days from the day you have received your order. If the return is not made within the period of 5 calendar days from the day of delivery or if any other conditions for returns are not fulfilled, we have the right not to accept the exchange of the products.
In addition, NO returns can be offered for items purchased on SALE/CLEARANCE.

Before you returned an item(s) you are currently requested to inform the Company via email: about the reason of return.
Customers are paying the Return Fee €5 (Cyprus), €15(Greece)
and can use either ACS Courier or GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI for Cyprus & Greece.
For European Citizens we accepts Returns via their Local POST OFFICE only REGISTERD Packages.
